We use 3" and 4" double layer twill applique for our Greek letters, the size of letters used can range based on a number of parameters, including but not limited to garment size, style, letters, stitching, and customer requests. Some sweaters and jackets can take 4" letters on every size, while others cannot take 4" letters on any sizes. If you would like to request a specific size, please state in your special instructions, although not all requests can be fulfilled based on the garment.

If you order a size extra-small or small jacket with 3 letters vertically, you will receive 3" letters, unless otherwise stated. All other orders will be based on our production team's judgment.

Some examples of when 3" letters must be used.

•Bomber Jackets, Line Jackets, and Windbreakers with 3 letters vertically will take 3" letters on all XS, Small, and most medium jackets. Women's sizes in these styles will all have 3" letters when 3 letters vertically are ordered.

•"Junior fit" zip up hoodies, like American Apparel, Bella Canvas and District will take 3" letters on all XS, small, and some mediums sizes.

•"Junior fit" pull over hoodies will take 3" letters on all XS, small, and some mediums sizes.
